Alexander’s Steakhouse

At this Japanese-infused steakhouse, there is a clear star of the show: Wagyu. With the highest-quality Wagyu from all over Japan as well as Australian and American crosses, this is the perfect place to go to get that melt-in-your-mouth umami flavor. That doesn’t mean they don’t have your other steaks on lock though; you can get all your favorite cuts here, whether that’s a dry-aged ribeye or a filet mignon, as well as a variety of seafood and other entrees. The Japanese influence doesn’t stop at Wagyu either; unique flavors infuse much of their menu and result in delectable dishes such as uni fried rice and hamachi shots.
