Lexus of Stevens Creek Community Projects

We're proud to have supported various organizations and causes over the years. From education and youth empowerment to fundraising campaigns for local schools and community service, we strive to give back to our community in any way possible.

One of our most successful initiatives is the Saturday fundraiser. Local high school groups visit our dealership each Saturday to work in our service department and raise money for their own projects, such as athletics programs.

We also donate funds to local education and human services initiatives through sponsorships, providing disadvantaged groups with opportunities for growth in our local area. Through these efforts, we can ensure a brighter future for the community.

Health and Wellness Programs

At Lexus of Stevens Creek, we believe in taking proactive steps to ensure the health and well-being of our employees and our community members. For example, we've participated in the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life of Cambrian for the past three years. Our employees volunteer to walk throughout the 24-hour event to raise funds and awareness for this vital cause.

Our efforts paid off when we were able to donate $4,700 directly to the American Cancer Society in just three days. We then raised an additional $5,824 in support of the Relay, for a grand total of $10,524. At all our events, we run a booth selling merchandise to raise additional funds for the American Cancer Society.

Giving back is part of our culture, and we're proud to have positively impacted our community. We hope our efforts inspire others to join us in making a difference in the fight against cancer. We're grateful for the participation of more than 30 Lexus of Stevens Creek employees and their family members who helped make this Relay For Life event a success, raising over $272,000 for the American Cancer Society. Our thanks go out to everyone who was part of this incredible event.

Volunteer Programs

We regularly partner with local non-profits to create volunteer opportunities for high school students in the San Jose area. One of our most successful initiatives was a Teen Volunteer Fair held at Lexus of Stevens Creek in 2013. This event connected over 1,000 area youth with 50 nearby non-profits, such as the Los Gatos Music & Arts organization and the Los Gatos Chamber of Commerce.

Another successful program was our 2019 Lexus Volunteer Scholarship Awards. This year, we had 17 exceptional candidates who underwent an intense selection process to be eligible for the scholarship. The top five winners were awarded $10,000 for their education. So again, congratulations to our deserving recipients. We look forward to continuing our efforts in the coming years.

Serving Our Community

We love participating in local service initiatives to benefit our community. From spending time in soup kitchens to creating blankets for chemotherapy patients, we're passionate about supporting our employees as they devote their time and energy to making a difference in the lives of people in our community. Our commitment to service is embedded into our workplace culture, helping to foster team spirit and pride in our company.

Charitable Acts and Donation Drives 

Donation drives and charitable acts are among the most effective ways we at Lexus of Stevens Creek can show our commitment to the causes and organizations we believe in. We focus on financially assisting organizations that align with our values and goals. For example, rental space in the Bay Area is pricey, so we provide complimentary event space and meeting rooms to local non-profits. This allows them to host fundraising events, training, and board meetings for free, and we can positively impact our community.

In 2018, we raised $2,500 and collected thousands of donations, including toys, food, clothing, and toiletries. We coordinate six donation drives yearly, selecting a different organization every two months. In exchange for donations made by our guests, we provide them with a 10% discount on their service bill.
