ACTIONS WE ARE TAKING IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19

Dear Valued Guests,

We appreciate your ongoing loyalty to Lexus of Stevens Creek.  As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) begins to have an increased impact in our community, we wanted to let you know the actions we are taking to keep our team
members and guests healthy:

DAILY HOUSEKEEPING
Our facilities are cleaned and sanitized daily during business hours.

DEEP CLEANING
We have intensified the nightly Deep Cleaning of our entire facility.

SANITIZING SERVICE
We have added additional sanitizing services of high touch areas (keyboards, phones, light switches, buttons, shuttle vans and other high touch areas).

HAND SANITIZERS AND CLEANSING WIPES
Available for all Team Members and Guests. Please ask a team member if you need assistance.

GLOVES FOR VEHICLE HANDLING
We have provided disposable gloves to our service personnel for handling guest vehicles.

SHUTTLE SERVICE
We are eliminating our Shuttle Service and will provide Uber Services as needed.

NON-PACKAGED FOOD & BEVERAGES
We have temporarily removed non-packaged food and beverages from our guest areas.

We are also asking our Team Members and Guests to follow these guidelines:

PRACTICE GOOD HYGIENE
Cough/Sneeze into your sleeve or tissue (never your hands).  Frequently wash your hands with soap for at least 20 seconds and using antibacterial gel.  Do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth.

AVOID HANDSHAKING
Utilize another form of greeting such as an elbow bump to prevent the spread of germs.

IF YOU ARE SICK STAY HOME
We have mandated this for our team members and kindly ask our guests to do the same.  You can shop online at LexusStevensCreek.com and we will deliver the vehicle to your home or office when our Sales operations resume.  You can also take advantage of our mobile service.

We will continue to follow recommendations from the CDC, WHO, and Santa Clara County Department of Health to keep our team members and guests safe. Thank you for your loyalty.
