Thank you for your continued loyalty and patience as together we have adjusted and adapted during the COVID-19 pandemic.
We want to provide an update on recent changes we’ve made in accordance with state and local safety guidelines. While policies have changed, we will always be committed to making the health and well-being of our guests and team members our top priorities.
- Fully vaccinated guests and team members are not required to wear masks indoors or outdoors
- Non-vaccinated guests and team members are required to wear masks indoors
- Non-vaccinated team members are required to wear masks in vehicles or if working in close proximity of others (less than 6 feet)
- Physical distancing is no longer required
- Anyone choosing to wear a mask is welcome to wear one
- N-95 masks provided upon request
We have always looked for ways to innovate and evolve. Here are some things we implemented before or during the pandemic that we intend to continue:
- All your vehicle needs can be done from home!
Digitized business processes (appointments, shopping, and buying, contracting) - Vehicle home deliveries
- Lexus Concierge team will drive a Lexus courtesy vehicle to your home/office and pick up your vehicle for service and return when completed
- Mobile service truck performs certain repairs and maintenance at your home
- Parts and accessories delivered
- Solo test drives
- Protective seat, steering wheel, shift knob covers on vehicles
- Cleaning and deep sanitizing each hour and overnight
As an organization striving to always do better, we have said getting back to normal was not good enough. We want to get back to “better” (#backtobetter).
