4/27/10  M. Norman:  "I had a terrific experience. My GX470 had a dead battery I went to the service centre late on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment. The Driveway Concierge measured the battery and it needed replacing. He arranged for that replacement and had it done very quickly. I think there may have been some resistance from 'inside' the service centre to do the work as it was late on a Saturday. Without the battery being replaced the GX would have been a 'brick' when I turned the engine off. It would have been unusable on the weekend. I would have needed AAA to jump start it and then return to the service centre on Monday to have it replaced. The person who met me on the driveway and handled my case was awesome."  
4/30/10 P. Rosellini:  Steven truly excelled in customer service for me yesterday (4/29). I own my own business, so I told Steven that waiting for 2 hours plus while my car was serviced was not an option for me. Neither was waiting for the shuttle drivers. He assured me that he would take care of it. And he did! I pulled up and was getting out of my car. We was already at my door, waiting for me. He took me inside, I signed for approval of service and he had a driver there and waiting. I was very impressed. The reason my husband and I continue to purchase Lexus vehicles is because of the service.
