Dental. Our Guardian Life Dental Plan is designed on three tiers to help pay for professional dental care for you and your family.

Financial Security
Retirement. Our 401k plan makes it easy for employees to build up retirement savings. We also have a company match of employee deferrals up to 5% for those who qualify.
Life Insurance. Eligible employees are covered by company-paid life insurance. The plan pays the employee’s beneficiary approximately 1.5 worth of annual pay. In addition to the basic life benefit, employees may elect as a voluntary program through payroll deduction, to purchase additional life insurance for themselves or coverage for their spouse or children.
Long Term Disability. Long-term disability (LTD) coverage is designed to provide a portion of your income if you are disabled and can no longer work. We pay the full cost of this benefit by paying premiums to the insurance carrier. LTD benefits begin after 90 days of disability.
Wellness
Wellness Coaches. We provide access to coaches throughout the work week on site to help with health questions, developing a personal fitness and nutrition plan, and overall wellness support.
Fitness Membership Discounts. We have discounts with the local Club One Fitness Gym for monthly and annual membership to help you get started on your workout regimine.
Employee Assistance Program. Employees and their family can contact someone to addresses emotional well being, health and wellness and daily living concerns. Available resources include interactive self-assessments, a comprehensive library of articles and guides and financial calculators. The website provides employees and their immediate family members with the information they need, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Personal Time
Vacation. We are committed to all employees having a balanced life. This includes having time off with friends and family. Vacation is accrued based on length of service with the company and hours worked.
National Holidays. The company observes six national holidays. Eligible employees may also recieve Holiday Pay based on their position and hours worked.
Leaves of Abscence. Our company recognizes employees may require unpaid time off as a way to balance their personal well being. We offer Sick Leave, Maternaty Leave, Paternity Leave, Adoption Leave, Military Leave, Bearevement Leave, and Jury Duty.
